Winner of 3x Cannes Lions Awards and 3x D&AD Wood Pencil Awards, the ONE/SECOND/ SUIT campaign was H&M Man's first independent branding campaign, developed to address two key challenges facing young men today—  job opportunities and confidence. Partnering with key experts in fashion, mens psychology and consumer research agencies led to this first-of-its-kind campaign for H&M Man. 

The ONE/SECOND/SUIT was offered to job seekers as a free 24 hour rental.
